We want you to love your Besiost purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if the item:

  • Is unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  • Includes all original packaging, manuals, hardware, and accessories
  • Was not marked Final Sale or Non-returnable

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@besiost.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
  • Reason for return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model:

  • Please contact us to check availability.
  • Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions and timelines.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Assembled or used furniture
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or has a quality issue, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work quickly to send a replacement or offer a solution.
